With a globe as its main visual, the design places Taiwan at the center of the world, alongside the words “Taiwan is Here” and hot-stamped gold and silver star dots. As light falls across the card, the stars and Taiwan’s coordinates shimmer with the angle, making your card more than a tool—an identity people remember. Three colorways for different professional images:

| Why We Made It |

“Conversations start with a business card.” A business card represents you and me, and it is a bridge connecting people. Through technology, SPIDERCARD changes how people think about the traditional business card. We still hold firmly to the spirit of exchanging cards, and so we designed SPIDERCARD, a digital business card that combines technology with the future.

| Design Concept |

“Island Star Map” is a digital business card that sets out from TAIWAN and heads into the world.

The design uses a globe as the main visual, marking Taiwan’s glow at the center of the world beside the words “Taiwan is Here”. It symbolizes how we set out from this island and leave our own coordinates on the star map of the world: “Let the world see your coordinates.”

The card face blends star rivers, constellation trails, globe lines and hot-stamped gold and silver star details into a bohemian, starry-sky look. When light falls on the surface, the stars and the Taiwan coordinate catch it at different angles with delicate reflections, making the card more than an NFC tool: a brand identity that can be seen, remembered and treasured.

Island Star Blue takes “coastal galaxy” as its main tone, conveying a professional, tech-forward and international feel. It suits business development, trade shows, the tech industry, consultants and entrepreneurs.

Island Moon White takes “pure white moon” as its main tone, carrying the star-map lines with a look that is clean, delicate and light. It suits designers, beauty studios, brand owners, creators and premium service businesses.

Island Obsidian Black takes “black basalt” as its main tone, paired with starry details for an understated, premium business look. It suits business owners, sales managers, B2B sales and formal visits.

Customization Notice
When ordering, please enter the text to be printed and your line breaks in the “Notes” field.
If no custom text is entered, the card will be blank by default.

Printed text uses a standard layout and must follow the character limits.
A maximum of two lines can be printed.
Custom text is printed in a sans-serif typeface.
Chinese: up to 12 characters per line.

Avoid mixing too many Chinese characters, letters and numbers, to keep the layout tidy.

| How to Use |

Please first download “SPIDERCARD-電子名片” from the app store.
When registering, choose: Get Started => I have an NFC product => Start Scanning! => Verify Password.
After linking, you can edit your personal details and digital business card in the app.
When viewing digital business cards, we recommend a 4G/5G or stable network connection for the best experience.
iOS: NFC-capable models (Apple iPhone XR and later; on iPhone 7/8/X, open “NFC Tag Reader” from Control Center).
Android: NFC-capable models (Android 8 and later) with NFC built into the phone.
If your phone does not support NFC, you can also scan the dedicated QR code on the back of the card to open the digital business card.

| FAQ |

1. Does the other person need the app to receive my card?
A: No. They just hold the card near their phone’s NFC sensing area and your card appears.

2. Where is the NFC sensing area, and does my phone support NFC?
A: iPhone XR or later: hold the card within 5 cm of the top edge of the phone, near the camera. On iPhone 7/8/X, first open “NFC Tag Reader” from Control Center.
Android phones made after 2017: hold the card within 5 cm of the center of the phone, or just below it.

3. What if my phone doesn’t have NFC?
A: You can still use the card. Scan the QR code on the back and you’ll see the same information as when you tap.

4. Does it work with both iPhone and Android?
A: Yes. Both work, as long as the phone has an internet connection to display your digital business card.

5. How do I activate and link my card?
A: Search for “SPIDERCARD-電子名片” in your phone’s app store; you can do this before or after your card arrives. In the app, on the sign-up/login screen, choose “I have an NFC product” => “Start Scanning!” => “Verify Password”, then edit your profile to finish linking.

6. How do I update the details on my card?
A: Use the SPIDERCARD app. Once your account is linked, you can edit your card as often as you like, and changes show up on your card right away.

7. How long does it take to receive my card?
A: Every card is printed individually, so please allow 10 working days (excluding holidays and shipping time).

| Warranty & Usage Notes |

1. The NFC function is covered by a six-month warranty when the card has not been misused or damaged. Wear, scratches and stains on the surface are not covered.

2. If the NFC function stops working during the warranty period and the cause is not misuse or damage, you may request a one-time replacement.

3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as bending, cutting, dropping, crushing, corrosion or demagnetizing the card.

4. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures and strong magnetic fields, which can damage the chip inside the card and cause data loss or failure.

5. NFC works through magnetic induction. When not in use, keep the card away from magnets, wireless charging pads and heat for long periods.

6. Keep your phone’s screen on when using the card; otherwise your digital business card may not appear properly.

7. Because of lighting, viewing angle and screen differences, the actual color and details may vary from the photos; the product you receive is the final reference.

8. This is a personalized, custom-made product. Once checkout is complete, we cannot accept unreasonable refund or return requests.
