Through technology, SPIDERCARD changes how people think about the traditional business card. We still hold firmly to the spirit of exchanging cards, and so we designed SPIDERCARD, a digital business card that combines technology with the future.

The front of “Carbon Fiber Black” uses carbon fiber technology combined with a matte back. The distinctive woven carbon texture gives an understated, luxurious and elegant look, and under light it seems to glow like a black diamond. Paired with pure white design elements, the overall effect is professional and business-ready. The interweaving of carbon fiber and the blooming of light also reflect your professionalism and effort at work.

Printed text uses standard fonts and must follow these character limits:

To keep the tap function working and allow printing, the back of the card is made of black matte PVC.
Up to three lines of text can be printed.
The Carbon Fiber Black card uses a black sans-serif typeface with gold foil stamping.
Chinese: up to 12 characters per line.
English or numbers: up to 15 letters per line.
Avoid mixing too many Chinese characters, letters and numbers, to keep the layout tidy.

| How to Use |

Please first download “SPIDERCARD-電子名片” from the app store;
When registering, choose “I have an NFC product” => “Start Scanning!” => “Verify Password”.
For the best experience when viewing digital business cards, we recommend a 4G network connection.
iOS: NFC-capable models (Apple iPhone XR and later; on iPhone 7/8/X, open “NFC Tag Reader” from Control Center)
Android: NFC-capable models (Android 8 and later)
QR scanning requires a phone with camera scanning support

| FAQ |

1. Does the other person need the app to receive my card?
A: No. They just hold the card near their phone’s NFC sensing area and your card appears.

2. Where is the NFC sensing area, and does my phone support NFC?
A: iPhone XR or later: hold the card within 5 cm of the top edge of the phone, near the camera. On iPhone 7/8/X, first open “NFC Tag Reader” from Control Center.
Android phones made after 2017: hold the card within 5 cm of the center of the phone, or just below it.

3. What if my phone doesn’t have NFC?
A: You can still use the card. Scan the QR code on the back and you’ll see the same information as when you tap.

4. Does it work with both iPhone and Android?
A: Yes. Both work, as long as the phone has an internet connection to display your digital business card.

5. How do I activate and link my card?
A: Search for “SPIDERCARD-電子名片” in your phone’s app store; you can do this before or after your card arrives. In the app, on the sign-up/login screen, choose “I have an NFC product” => “Start Scanning!” => “Verify Password”, then edit your profile to finish linking.

6. How do I update the details on my card?
A: Use the SPIDERCARD app. Once your account is linked, you can edit your card as often as you like, and changes show up on your card right away.

7. How long does it take to receive my card?
A: Every card is printed individually, so please allow 10 working days (excluding holidays and shipping time).

| Warranty & Usage Notes |

1. The NFC card is covered by a six-month warranty when the issue is not caused by misuse or damage. The warranty covers function only, not appearance.
* During the warranty period, if the issue is not one of the cases listed in point 2, you may request a one-time replacement.

2. The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

* Any damage caused by misuse, such as bending, cutting, dropping, corrosion or demagnetizing the card.
* NFC works through magnetic induction. When not in use, avoid exposing the card to high heat or magnetic fields for long periods (for example, on a wireless charger or a magnet).

* Poor tap response that is not caused by this card may be due to the phone not supporting NFC or other issues on the phone’s side.

3. Please note that once the card is linked and used, the warranty period is considered to have started and a refund may no longer be possible.

4. The product may look different depending on lighting and angle. The product you receive is the final reference.

5. To keep the tap function working and avoid magnetic interference, the back of the card is made of PVC, so the card is not made entirely of carbon fiber.

6. Keep your device’s screen on when using the card; otherwise your digital business card may not appear.

7. This is a personalized, custom-made product. Once checkout is complete, we cannot accept unreasonable refund or return requests.
